Top: Knead the flour with butter, sugar and salt, add  tablespoons of cold water (5-6 tablespoons) and mix until a dough is easy to shape. You make it in the shape of a ball and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Bake 180 degrees - 20 min approx.

Cream: Boil over the ingredients at low heat until it hardens, add 10 g butter and honey to taste. Put it over the hard layer of the bottom .  Leave to cool, then add the chopped strawberries and grease them if you want, with honey to shine.

  • 200 gr Low protein baking mix
  • 80 gr butter
  • 2 ts sugar,
  • 1/2 ts salt,
  • little vanilla extract

Crema:

  • 250 ml vegetable milk (coconut, rice, almond)
  • 30 gr starch
  • vanilla essence

Decor:

  • 200 gr Strawberries
